We price and ship doors with glass installed, threshold welded to frame and the door professionally crated.Our iron doors are constructed with 12 gauge iron.Our 8 x 6 iron doors will weigh approx 1000lbs (with glass).
No additional costs
Most Iron door factories do not provide glass.Glass must be purchased separately thereby constituting an increase in cost. Additionally, a second contractor is involved.All of our doors include the glass, installed.
The doors are also professionally packaged and crated to ensure safe transportation. This fee is included as well.

Any of our designs can be made as either single or double doors. They can also be made with matching transoms and sidelights. Wine cellar doors, entry gates and fencing are available as an additionDoors may be ordered to swing in or swing out. The in-stock doors are all in-swing.

Manufacturing
ironstardoors utilizes the best possible blacksmiths and equipment to guarantee the best result. Our doors are made the old fashioned way, by hand. Each door is quality tested before leaving the factory.
Fabrication
We integrate superior quality insulation, q-lon iron clad weather stripping, components, hardware, custom design hinges with ball bearing action and professional deadbolt locks to create a distinctive quality door.
Forging
Each door is individually forged,hamered,and shaped, then sanded and inspected, and sanded again if needed.
Anti corrosion and Painting
All of our wrought iron doors will receive the best possible anti-rusting procedure. We use heavy duty sandblasting, pure hot zinc galvanizing, high-build zinc priming and magnetic paint. We are using only superior quality and environmental friendly paint for top coating and hand faux finishing.
Packaging
Our doors are packaged using premium packaging materials and a method to secure the fullest protection possible for delivery. The doors are shipped Pre-hung for easy installation
